Shipping policy

Please note that our work is handcrafted so, if a product in not already in stock we need few weeks to complete the order. Once the order is complete it is ready to be shipped.

We ship to almost any country.

For orders to Romania, The packages arrive in 1-2 days.

For orders to Europe, the packages arrive in 5-10 working days. For orders to US or other nonEU countries, the packages arrive in 10-14 days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days.

In case you are not satisfied with our work we accept returns within 30 days.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once we receive the product in its original condition, we issue a refund for the product only.
